Carrières de Lumières (formerly Cathedrale des Images) – Baux de Provence (France): art of Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci & Raphaël!
In the caves of the Val d’Enfer you will find the Carrières de Lumières (formerly Cathedrale des Images). On high walls, the ceiling, floor and pillars, paintings and films as well as photographs are projected, accompanied by music and other sounds. It’s a real show, you will actually find yourself in the picture! Every year a show is organized with a different theme.
In 2015 the show contains projections of works by the great Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci and Raphaël!
The caves are located in Baux de Provence, between Avignon (40 km) and Arles (20 km).
