Digitourist is a digital travel guide for Western and Central Europe. The app Digitourist attractions can be found near your (holiday) destination. The app works with photos and further gives basic information about an attraction and a link to the website. The sites are divided into six categories: points of interest (eg castles, villages, nature parks.), Museums, theme parks, animal parks, sports and walks. Each category has its own color and is instantly recognizable on the map.
Why Digitourist?
- What you see is what you get:Digitourist uses a graphical interface is all about seeing and not to read.
- Current location: With the app, you see immediately what to do near your current place. You can easily create a list of the 25 sites that are closest to your (holiday) location.
- Easy and fast: Type your (holiday) destination and immediately see what there is to do in that area. Again, you can create a list of 25 attractions nearby are the closest.
- Favorites: allows you to compose your own favorite lists account. Select sites that appeal to you and add it to any of your favorite lists. Ideal if you want to plan a route for example. Also a list of the 25 closest sites can be saved as favorites.
- Sync: Your account on the app syncs with your account www.digitourist.com. Favorite Lists so that you are composing your PC available on your app and vice versa.
- Where to use: Currently containsDigitourist information on more than 21,000 sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Croatia, England and Denmark. The number of countries is still being expanded.
- Offline: Your favorite lists can also be viewed offline. So you can always see the details of your favorite sites. This feature is only available in the paid version.
